Dita Zayas ship to Puerto Rico, USA, EU and UK. Your shipment will be sent via USPS. You will receive a tracking number to your email. Please allow 10 to 15 days to receive your order. Custom Items will take 3 to 4 weeks approximately to be sent. Dita Zayas is not responsible for lost, stolen packages or shipping delays due to bad weather, natural disasters and such.
Dita Zayas jewelry is made of brass or copper. These materials, by nature, develop a natural patina over time from exposure to air, moisture and oils. To slow this oxidation process, wipe down your jewelry with a polishing cloth or Brasso and store in a dry place after each wear. Other recommended steps to take care of your jewelry: Avoid exposure to cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, and hairspray. Remove your jewelry before exercising, bathing, or sleeping. Avoid using abrasives, solvents, or cleaning compounds on the jewelry. Avoid contact with water.
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Custom duties are NOT calculated at check out. Customs duties and taxes may be charged once the package reaches its destination country. Dita Zayas is not responsible for these charges. Get oriented about what the charges might be in your country before making a purchase. We recommend contacting your local customs office to inquire about any materials that may be restricted in your receiving country.
